Brave adventurers, thanks to the most determined of you, this second Giveaway Quest event we launched in partnership with Kahunuts finally ended up being a success! 87 responses were submitted and some of you answered multiple times, pushing hard to find the correct answer. After sharing hints and providing help, we finally reached the required 25 correct answers, and consequently, 25 winners 🎉

You can read the first episode entirely on Space Robots' Discord channel or Kahunuts' Discord channel.

//: Question 1 (Yes or No): SentryBot is a Bounty Hunter on behalf of its realm

You could read in the story:

“I guard planet Gabma Centauri entrance. [...]

“We help him. He’s a guardian, like us."

Thus, SentryBot is not a Bounty Hunter, these words were never mentionned in the story. He is the guardian of his planet.

//: Question 2: Why is the place the Kakunuts need to reach hard to access?

You could read in the story:

“You, our friend, are not the luckiest robot in the galaxy. Your parts are in The Hermit’s territory”.

"The hermit’s territory is guarded by wards, we’d need to find our way around them to get through.”

Thus, the place the Kahunuts need to reach is hard to access because it's the Hermit's territory.

//: The Riddle: What is Rooph’s number? Give the number and the method with which you got to it

Now things get serious. The riddle seemed very hard for the majority of you, so let's write down a clear and easy to digest answer.

The riddle statement says:
- The numbers are positive, they are not the same, and two of them add up to the third
- The Kahunuts see their friends' numbers but not their own
- Tups has the number 30, Rowtch has the number 45
- When asked first, Rooph can't figure out his number. But after Tups and Rowtch said they couldn't figure out their numbers too, Rooph manages to guess his number. How?

So first, what are the possibilities of numbers that Rooph can have?
He can have either 15 (45-30) or 75 (45+30). But we must guess which of the two is the correct one.

Let's proceed by elimination.

If Rooph has 15, Tups sees 15 and 45. Thus, he has either 30 or 60, but cannot choose.

Rowtch sees 15 and 30. Thus he has either 15 or 45. But he can't be 15, as no number are the same, according to the riddle statement. The only option left for Rowtch is then 45.

Consequently, if Rooph had 15 above his head, Rowtch could have easily told his number was 45. But he didn't, which means the assumption that Rooph has the number 15 is false.

Therefore, the only option left for Rooph is 75. Rooph understands it and says his number out loud.
